What if I want to order multiple products?
You can select all products on a single order form and describe customizations for each product in the description!
What if I see a product I love, but don’t know exactly what design I want?
Let me know what you are thinking and I can help to come up with a design you will love!
What if I have a product in mind that you do not have featured on your “My Products” page?
If you know what product you want but don’t see it in “My Products”, just describe the product in the form description. Then, I will let you know if it is something I can create for you!
Do you create products for events?
I can customize any products, whether it is something special for yourself or a product for a wedding, party, or other event, a gift for teachers, family, or friends or for anything else you can think of!
What is your typical email response time?
My normal response time is 24-48 hours.
How long will it take for me to receive my order if all your products are custom made?
Exactly! Each product is handmade, so this means I need additional time to work with you to create your design and to then create the product! As an estimate, you can expect products to take from 2-3 weeks to be completed and 2-3 days to ship to you. However, this timeline estimate is subject to change based on the order! Depending on the number of products you order, the length of time we spend in design conversations, the availability of your very specific materials, and your response and approval time, the order could take longer than estimated! Also, I am based in Georgia, so if the product is delivering across the country, it may take longer than 2-3 days for shipping. Please reach out directly if you have timeline concerns, and I can tell you what is feasible for your event!
